Lawnbot Lawnbot

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Lawnbot is made by Voltern ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Lawnbot app handles and what happens to it. The short version: your business data is yours, and we collect as little as possible.

Data you put into the app

Customer names, addresses, notes, plans, prices, and service logs are the data you create to run your lawn business. If you use Lawnbot without creating an account, all of this stays on your device — we never see it. If you create an account, this data is synced to our servers so it's backed up and available across your devices.

Account information

If you create an account, we store the email address (or sign-in identifier) you sign up with, solely to operate your account and sync. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing you didn't ask for.

Crash reports and diagnostics

We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error diagnostics so we can find and fix bugs. These reports contain technical information about the crash (device model, OS version, app state at the time of the error). We do not use any advertising or behavioral analytics.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data to anyone.
  • We don't show ads or share data with ad networks.
  • We don't track your location.
  • We don't read your customer data for any purpose other than providing sync.

Deleting your data

Without an account, deleting the app deletes your data. With an account, you can delete your account from within the app or by emailing us — this permanently removes your synced data from our servers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above. Material changes will be called out in the app.
